CHEMICAL PEELS/FRUITY PEELS

Chemical and fruity peels are available in varying strengths and depths. They are well tolerated by patients with minimal recovery time and give quick, tangible results. Alpha and beta hydroxyl acids as well as lactic, citric, and glycolic acids are used in various strengths. With these mild acids, the removal of the surface layer stimulates the underlying tissue to produce new collagen.
