Plastic Surgery of Virginia Beach Specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery. Dr. Kevin Bounds is the Director of this AAAASF accredited facility located just off First Colonial Road in Virginia Beach across from Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the Medical Society of Virginia and the Virginia Society for Plastic Surgeons. Trained at Duke University, University of Virginia and the Emory Hospitals Program he has practiced in Virginia Beach for seventeen years. 

Dr. Bounds performs many types of breast surgery, augmentations, lifts, implants, and reductions. All surgeries are performed by Dr. Bounds and a licensed Anesthesiologist (physician) provides sedation.
